With the love we had and continue to have for the Sea and the local tradition of our island, we opened our restaurant for the first time in 2014, wanting to offer our visitors & customers gastronomic flavors that will offer this “note” of the Aegean Sea and the geological untamed Cycladic breeze and “white” character that can only be found in Milos.

Fresh Aegean Fish that come directly from private boats that “moor” at our harbor daily in Pollonia and that are served to our customers either grilled over charcoal or in particularly tasty local traditional recipes, will elevate your taste buds, leaving a strong aftertaste on your palate even for many hours after you leave our seaside paradise…

Because it is not only the taste that will bring you to emotional ecstasy, but also the Aegean sea breeze and view of the sea that bursts at your feet, since the “lounge open area” of our restaurant is on the dock next to the sea and indeed at its edge where no one will disturb you!!!

Since I was 9 years old, I was introduced to the culinary arts and culinary preparations, before the first official start of operation of our restaurant in Milos, which was the legacy given to me by my mother – a truly incredible cook – who taught me the secrets of tasteful combinations with seafood such as lobsters, mussels with other ingredients such as pasta, etc., while our kitchen has no limits in creativity and discovery of new and combined recipes and flavors…

Our waiters treat our customers as if they were members of our family, attributing the greatest value to Greek Hospitality! The filleting of the fish by our waiters directly on your plate is a delightful ritual that everyone wants to communicate with their loved ones as if they were with us! The famous “Milos koufeto” is offered mainly at weddings or engagements that take place at our restaurant and is an exquisite local dessert made from a special recipe with pumpkin, honey and almonds. It is known that Milos honey, as well as the pumpkin that thrives on our island, are characterized by exceptionally natural healthy ingredients that only Milos can offer! Even our almond trees have a special aftertaste to their fruits… Their combination in a “koufeto” makes the “wedding” inseparable!
